Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Para77 ("Para77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at para77.cam (the "Website") and any related mobile or desktop applications.

By creating an account, accessing the Website, placing a wager, or using any feature of the para77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and para77. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the para77 platform, through which the player accesses games, deposits and withdraws funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a player's account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds (where applicable and subject to wagering requirements).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a player subject to wagering requirements and any other conditions set forth in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required by para77 prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the para77 website, its associated gaming software, payment systems, and customer support infrastructure collectively.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any other gaming or entertainment services available on the platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole transaction currency supported on the para77 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, game content, software, graphics, and other proprietary materials associated with the para77 platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and use a para77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Para77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 for all account holders. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be the registered account holder and the only person using the account. Shared or transferred accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly banned by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of para77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the para77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information must correspond to valid identification documents and will be verified during the KYC process.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Para77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Currency

All accounts on para77 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagering, bonus calculations, and withdrawals are conducted in MYR.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, para77 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence. The document must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken in adequate lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot of your e-wallet or bank account confirming that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.

5.2 Verification Timeline

Para77 endeavours to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Para77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to satisfy our verification standards.

5.3 Refusal of Withdrawal Pending KYC

Para77 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. Any funds held pending KYC verification remain subject to the account holder's request but will not be released until verification is successful.

Deposits & Payments

Para77 accepts deposits exclusively through approved and supported payment methods. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as the para77 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

6.1 Supported Deposit Methods

Current supported deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supported by all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT). Para77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on para77 is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players may contact support to enquire about their applicable deposit limits.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 10 minutes. Para77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Para77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments that are not registered in the account holder's name.

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal request will be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The account must have completed KYC verification successfully.
• If a bonus has been claimed, all applicable wagering requirements must be fully met.
• The account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes, fraud flags, or compliance holds.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for the player's account tier.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Para77 targets the following processing times, measured from the point of approved withdrawal request:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / GrabPay / Boost: Typically 5 to 30 minutes.
• DuitNow: Typically under 15 minutes.
• FPX / Bank Transfer: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): Typically within 10 minutes of network broadcast.

These timeframes are indicative only. Para77 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or other factors outside of our control.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to account tier and may be confirmed with the support team. Gold VIP members are subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as part of the VIP program benefits.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Para77 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover"). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 15× wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,500 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Unless otherwise stated, this limit is RM250 per bet for slots and RM500 per round for live table games. Placing a single bet in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the following general contribution rates apply:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% – 20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution (single bets); 100% for Mix Parlay with minimum 3 selections at odds of 1.50 or above
• Arcade / Lottery: 25% contribution

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

8.5 Bonus Abuse

Para77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend or permanently close any account where bonus abuse is reasonably suspected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements, and placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy rollover conditions without genuine play intent.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the para77 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published within each game's interface or sportsbook market. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting products:

9.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the para77 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or retracted by the player after acceptance, except in limited circumstances as may be defined in specific sport or game rules.

9.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during the course of a game session or live bet, para77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the corresponding stake to the player's account. Para77 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

9.3 Sports Betting — Odds and Results

Sports betting odds on para77 are presented in decimal format. All final results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). In cases of dispute regarding the final result, para77's determination, made in good faith with reference to official sources, shall be final and binding.

9.4 Live Football & In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets — including live football markets for Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other events — may be suspended or restricted at any time during a match. Para77 reserves the right to adjust or withdraw in-play markets at its discretion without notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the para77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players, whether at live casino tables or through shared betting strategies, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to manipulate or "arbitrage" bonuses, free bets, or promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play intent.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person who is under the age of 21.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location via VPN or other technical means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing para77 staff or other players in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the para77 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Para77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the para77 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of Para77. Any unauthorised use of para77's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Para77 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising from or in connection with the use of the para77 platform.

Para77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — regardless of the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Para77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by Para77

Para77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder is in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;
• The account has been accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Compliance with applicable law or regulatory obligation requires such action.

13.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the para77 support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Para77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of RM10 per month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of inactivity at para77's discretion.

Responsible Gambling

Para77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gambling behaviour. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from your account settings.

14.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total amount you may lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined cooling-off period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications during play reminding you of your session duration and net gaming activity.

14.2 Age Restriction

Para77 operates a strict 21+ only policy. Players who are under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on the platform. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Para77 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Para77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from locations outside of supported markets do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Amendments to These Terms

Para77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Website with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect players' rights or obligations — para77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Severability

Any failure by Para77 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of Para77.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Para77 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior representations, warranties, statements, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

No representation, statement, or undertaking made by any employee, agent, or affiliate of para77 — whether in marketing materials, live chat, or email correspondence — shall be binding on para77 unless expressly incorporated into these Terms in writing by an authorised officer.
